About

A small studio, deliberately.

Made Sites is a studio that would rather make a handful of good websites a year than dozens of forgettable ones.

We started in 2019, building two websites for hospitality clients in the evenings. The work was slow, close and specific — and it turned out that was the point. Each page was drawn, written and built by the same two people, and every decision could be traced back to a reason.

Seven years on, that is still how we work. We design and build for hosts, makers, clinics and property owners — people whose businesses are judged on detail, and whose websites should be too. A direct-booking site for a coastal villa has to feel as considered as the villa itself. A clinic's page has to earn the same trust that the room does.

We take one project into the studio at a time, finish it, and only then start the next. It makes us slower to book than an agency with a bench of twenty, and quicker to care. There is no account manager between you and the person building the site; you speak to the person whose name is on the file.

Considered design, clear content, and nothing you'll never use.

2019

The year we started, with two evening builds and no plan to grow past a single room.

One

Project taken into the studio at a time. Finished, handed over, then the next begins.

In the browser

Drawn, written and refined live, so what you see in the mockup is what ships.

What we hold to

One project at a time

We take a single build into the studio, finish it, then start the next. It is slower to book and better to receive.

Restraint over decoration

If a detail is not carrying meaning, it comes out. Quiet pages age better than loud ones.

Built to be handed over

Structured content, plain documentation and no dependency on us. Stay because it is good, not because you are stuck.

Honest numbers

Fixed quotes, real timelines, and reporting that admits what did not work.
